Pick one of four levels and note whether you took medication. Pressure, sleep and heart data are collected for you and treated as that day's conditions. As entries add up, you see — in days, not percentages — which conditions line up with how you feel.

Your data
Your entries and health data stay on your device and are never sent anywhere. Only weather data and place-name lookups go out, to Apple's weather and maps services.
Health data is read only — the app never writes to Health. Notifications never name a symptom, so nothing sensitive shows on your Lock Screen.

This is a wellness app that shows how your own entries relate to weather and health data. It is not intended for the diagnosis or treatment of any condition, and it does not provide medical advice. The index is a rough measure of how much conditions overlap, not a statement about what will happen. If you are concerned about your health, please talk to a healthcare professional.

About the Android version
An Android version of Atamalog is in preparation. It supports Android 9.0 and later and will be published on Google Play. It also supports Wear OS watches, not just phones.
Both implementations are checked against the same verification data so that the Android build calculates and judges exactly as the iOS one does. Storage and backup behaviour is described in the privacy policy.
