Everything for your whole household
Attendance in one tap
Present, half day, absent, leave or rest day — straight from the Home screen. Start and end times are optional; add them and overtime is counted for you. Free.
Deadlines & reminders
Visa, contract, Emirates ID, passport, insurance and labour-card dates. Free plan reminds you 7 days ahead; Pro lets you pick the days and the time.
Payroll & payslips Pro
Estimate monthly pay from an hourly or monthly rate, and produce a monthly payslip PDF with attendance, overtime and deductions. Estimates only.
End of service Pro
Calculated with the domestic-worker law, not the general private-sector formula — in the UAE that is 14 days of wage per year of service, capped at six months. The app shows the formula it applied.
Advances & loans Pro
Keep a ledger of salary advances and repayments, deducted automatically on the payslip.
Leave tracking
Record annual and sick leave with remaining days at a glance. Free.
Backup & restore
Save everything to a file and move to a new device. Creating a backup is Pro; restoring one is always free.
Private by design
No account, no server sync, no data collection. Your records are included in your iPhone's iCloud backup.
Built for the Gulf
Full English, العربية (right-to-left) and 日本語. Switch between the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait and every labour-standard value follows that country's domestic-worker law.
Frequently asked questions
Is my data private?
Yes. Everything stays on your device. No account, no server sync, no data collection. Your records are included in your iPhone's iCloud backup, and with Pro you can save your own backup file. Restoring a backup is always free, even without Pro.
How is end-of-service calculated?
Domestic workers are covered by their own law, not the general private-sector one. In the UAE that is 14 days of wage for each year of service, capped at six months — not the 21/30-day private-sector formula. Dartrack applies the domestic-worker rules of the country you select and shows you the formula used. It is an estimate for your own records; confirm the amount with the official authority or a legal professional.
Does Dartrack file visas or pay salaries?
No. Dartrack is a private record-keeping tool. It does not file visas or contracts, process wage payments (WPS), or provide legal advice. Labor values shown are adjustable references only — confirm current rules at mohre.gov.ae or with a legal professional.
What is Dartrack Pro?
An optional subscription — free for the first 7 days, then monthly or yearly — that unlocks unlimited staff, reminder days of your choosing, payroll and payslips, end-of-service estimates, the advances ledger, evaluation notes, backup and export. The free plan always includes one staff member, attendance, work and leave records, and a 7-day reminder. After canceling you keep viewing your data, and you can still back it up and export it.
Dartrack keeps private records. It does not file visas or contracts, process wage payments (WPS), or provide legal advice. Labor-standard values are adjustable references only.
