The App does not recommend or solicit any financial product, nor advise on buy/sell timing. All figures shown are summaries of your own past records and do not guarantee future results. All investment decisions are your own responsibility.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy or completeness. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, the developer's liability for damages arising from use of or inability to use the App is limited to the total amount you paid for the App. Where mandatory law does not permit this limitation, liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
In-app purchase
The one-time in-app purchase is non-consumable and restorable with the same Apple ID.

These terms may change without prior notice.
Limitation of liability (overriding)
Notwithstanding any other provision of these terms, Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability for any damages arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid us for the app. Where such a limitation is not permitted by mandatory law, we are liable to the extent that law provides.
