Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
These terms apply to Nailog (the "App"). By downloading or using it, you agree to these terms.
2. License
The developer grants you a non-exclusive right to use the App for personal or business use. Copying, modifying, redistributing, or reverse-engineering is prohibited.
3. Nailog Pro (auto-renewable subscription)
- Plans & price: an auto-renewable subscription on either a Yearly plan (USD 17.99/year) or a Monthly plan (USD 1.99/month). The price is shown in the app at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
- Free trial: the Yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid yearly subscription.
- Renewal: the subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Your account is charged within 24 hours before the end of the period.
- App Store: Manage & cancel: manage or cancel anytime in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- What Pro includes: unlimited clients and photos, revenue summaries, before/after comparison, PDF export, and ongoing features and updates.
4. Restore purchases
App Store: On a new device or after reinstalling, use "Restore Purchases" in the app to restore purchases made with the same Apple ID.
5. Payment & refunds
App Store: Billing is handled through your Apple ID. Refunds follow Apple's policies and procedures; the developer does not issue refunds directly.
Google Play: Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel in Google Play.
6. Disclaimer
The App is a personal record-keeping tool for nail technicians. Complying with the laws that apply to collecting and handling your clients' personal information is your own responsibility. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the developer's liability for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App is limited to the total amount you have paid in connection with the App. Where mandatory law does not permit such a limitation, the developer is liable to the extent required by that law.
7. Changes
The developer may update these terms as needed; significant changes will be announced on this page.
8. Contact
Android purchases, and use by minors
In-app purchases in the Android version are processed through Google Play. Payment and refund procedures follow Google Play's terms and processes. Google Play handles refunds immediately after purchase; after that window, please contact us through the support page.
Minors may use this app, but should obtain a parent or guardian's consent before making an in-app purchase. Guardians can control purchases with Family Sharing / Ask to Buy on the App Store, or Parental Controls on Google Play.
Limitation of liability (overriding)
Notwithstanding any other provision of these terms, Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability for any damages arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid us for the app. Where such a limitation is not permitted by mandatory law, we are liable to the extent that law provides.
