Privacy Policy
SakuLog handles something deeply private: photographs of your children's work.
The Developer never receives any of it.
1. What we do not collect
The Developer collects no personal information and no usage data whatsoever. No account is required, and you are never asked for a name, email address or phone number. There are no advertising SDKs, no analytics SDKs and no tracking tools in the App.
2. Where your data lives
Artwork photos, your child's name and birth month, notes, storage statuses and storage rules are stored only on your device and in your own iCloud (private database).
- This data is never sent to a developer server (the Developer does not operate one).
- The Developer cannot view, retrieve or store any of it.
- Data held in iCloud is handled under Apple's privacy policy and the iCloud terms of service.
- It syncs only between your own devices signed in to the same Apple Account. It is never shared with other Apple Accounts.
3. Camera
The camera is used to photograph artwork. Images are processed on device and saved only to your device and your own iCloud. They are never transmitted elsewhere. You can revoke camera access at any time in iOS Settings.
4. Photo library
"Choose from Photos" uses the standard iOS photo picker. With that mechanism only the photos you select are handed to the App; the App never gains access to your whole photo library.
5. On-device processing
Perspective correction, trimming and summary generation all happen entirely on your device. No images or text are transmitted for processing.
6. In-app purchase
"Full access" is purchased through Apple's App Store. The Developer never receives payment details such as card numbers.
7. Children's privacy
The App is intended for parents and is not designed for use by children themselves (it is not offered in the Kids category). It does handle data about children, but all of it is stored solely on the parent's device and in the parent's own iCloud, and is never transmitted to the Developer or any third party.
8. Third parties
Because the Developer obtains no data, none is provided to third parties.
9. Deleting your data
Artworks and children's records can be removed inside the App. Deleting the App erases the data held on the device. Data in iCloud can be managed and deleted from iOS Settings > Apple Account > iCloud.
10. Changes
Any revision to this policy will be announced on this page.

Controller, contact and your rights
This app is provided by freetokyo, an independent developer, who acts as the data controller. For any question about this policy or about personal data, contact freetokyo2020@yahoo.co.jp. We normally reply within five business days.
If you are in the EU, the EEA or the UK, the GDPR gives you the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, to withdraw consent and to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know, delete and correct the personal information collected about you, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information.
Where this app stores data only on your device, we have no access to it, so most of these rights are exercised directly on the device: delete or export inside the app, or delete the app. We will still answer any request you send us.
Retention: on-device data is kept until you delete it or remove the app. Support emails are deleted 24 months after the request is closed.
