Information we collect
None. ToreKarte does not collect, transmit, or store (on our side) any information about you or your clients. There is no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDK of any kind.
Information stored in the app
The following is stored only on your device. The developer cannot access any of it.
- Client names, contact notes, goals, notes to watch, and photos
- Session date and time, exercises, weight, reps, sets, RPE, and notes
- Measurements (weight, body fat, girth)
- Prepaid pass details: type, total and remaining sessions, amount, expiry, and unpaid status
- App settings such as display language and whether the app lock is on
About your clients' information (important)
ToreKarte is a tool for you — the trainer — to keep business records on your own device. Obtaining and managing your clients' personal information, and getting any consent required, is your responsibility. The developer has no access to what you record and no involvement in its contents.
To help protect your clients' information, we recommend turning on the app lock (Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode).
Health and body information
Whether to record body or health-related details — weight, body fat, girth, or notes to watch — is your decision. Such information is stored only on your device, like everything else. ToreKarte does not use HealthKit, because what you record belongs to your clients rather than to you. ToreKarte is a record-keeping tool and does not provide medical advice or diagnosis.
Backup files
You can export a backup file (JSON) from Settings. You choose where it goes — iCloud Drive, or anywhere in the Files app. Export is one-way, from the app to a file; nothing syncs automatically. The file contains client information. Choosing and managing where to keep it is your responsibility. The developer cannot access it.
Photo access
When you attach a client photo, the app uses the standard iOS photo picker. The app never gains access to your whole photo library — only the photo you pick is saved to the chart on your device.
Purchases
ToreKarte Pro is purchased through Apple's App Store. The developer never receives your payment details. See Apple's privacy policy for how purchases are handled.
Notifications
If you set a reminder for the next session, it is scheduled locally on your device — no server is involved. Reminders show the client's name, so adjust previews in iOS Settings if that's a concern on your lock screen.
Children's privacy
Because ToreKarte collects no information, it does not obtain information from users of any age.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page.

How the Android version handles your data
The following describes the Android version (Android 8.0 and later). Everything above applies to iOS; only the points below differ on Android.
Your records are stored in a local database (Room) on your device. They are never sent to the developer's servers.
Both cloud backup and device-to-device transfer are disabled (allowBackup="false" plus data_extraction_rules.xml). To move to a new device, export a backup yourself from inside the app.
The only external service used is Google Play Billing (purchases). Google processes all payments; card details never reach the developer.
The only device permissions the app requests are showing notifications and biometric unlock. Each is asked for only when you use the matching feature, and declining leaves the rest of the app usable.
Uninstalling the app deletes the data on your device. With backup and transfer disabled, no copy remains outside it.
Controller, contact and your rights
This app is provided by freetokyo, an independent developer, who acts as the data controller. For any question about this policy or about personal data, contact freetokyo2020@yahoo.co.jp. We normally reply within five business days.
If you are in the EU, the EEA or the UK, the GDPR gives you the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, to withdraw consent and to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know, delete and correct the personal information collected about you, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information.
Where this app stores data only on your device, we have no access to it, so most of these rights are exercised directly on the device: delete or export inside the app, or delete the app. We will still answer any request you send us.
Retention: on-device data is kept until you delete it or remove the app. Support emails are deleted 24 months after the request is closed.
