Basic Policy

Toscore respects user privacy to the maximum. All game record data is stored only on your device and never sent to the developer's servers or externally. The app collects no personal data whatsoever.

Information the App Stores

The following information is stored on-device only: game records entered by the user (teams, players, score, fouls, timeouts, playing time, etc.

); rule profiles (presets and custom settings); purchase information (one-time purchase status).

None of this information is sent to the developer's servers.

Information NOT Collected

The app collects none of the following: personal identifying information (name, email address, phone number, etc.

); location/GPS information; contacts or calendar; behavioral logs or access analytics data; advertising identifier (IDFA).

Player numbers and names entered are optional and treated only as game records on-device.

Camera and Photos (OCR Auto-input)

The app includes an optional OCR function to auto-input jersey numbers and names from score sheets or rosters.

Camera or photo library access is only requested when this feature is used.

All OCR processing is performed entirely on-device (Apple's on-device Vision framework).

Captured images and recognition results are never sent to or stored on external servers.

Results pass through a review/edit screen before being added to records.

Network Communication

All functions work offline. Game recording, rule validation, playing-time verification, and export all work without network communication.

Export and Sharing

Exporting records to image, PDF, or text is done by the user via iOS's standard share sheet. The developer does not obtain or manage the destination or content of shares.

Purchase and Payment Information

In-app purchases (one-time) are handled via Apple's App Store. Credit card information is managed by Apple; the developer has no access to it. StoreKit 2 is used to verify purchase status.

Data Storage and Deletion

Data is stored only on-device. Uninstalling the app deletes all data with no restoration possible. Please back up important data yourself using the export function.

Third-Party Information Sharing

Since the app collects no personal information, there is no information to share with third parties.

Children's Privacy

The app is intended for youth game recording but collects no personally identifying information. No personal information about children is intentionally collected or transmitted.

Any changes will be communicated via app update or this page.

How the Android version handles your data

The following describes the Android version (Android 8.0 and later). Everything above applies to iOS; only the points below differ on Android.

Your records are stored in a local database (Room) on your device. They are never sent to the developer's servers.

Both cloud backup and device-to-device transfer are disabled (allowBackup="false" plus data_extraction_rules.xml). To move to a new device, export a backup yourself from inside the app.

The only external service used is Google Play Billing (purchases). Google processes all payments; card details never reach the developer.

The only device permission the app requests is showing notifications. It is asked for only when you use the matching feature, and declining leaves the rest of the app usable.

Uninstalling the app deletes the data on your device. With backup and transfer disabled, no copy remains outside it.

Controller, contact and your rights

This app is provided by freetokyo, an independent developer, who acts as the data controller. For any question about this policy or about personal data, contact freetokyo2020@yahoo.co.jp. We normally reply within five business days.

If you are in the EU, the EEA or the UK, the GDPR gives you the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, to withdraw consent and to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.

If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know, delete and correct the personal information collected about you, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information.

Where this app stores data only on your device, we have no access to it, so most of these rights are exercised directly on the device: delete or export inside the app, or delete the app. We will still answer any request you send us.

Retention: on-device data is kept until you delete it or remove the app. Support emails are deleted 24 months after the request is closed.
