Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Trero is a training support app that includes workout logging, body composition logging, goal management, history analytics, friend features, Apple Watch integration, and subscription features. This service also includes usage measurement for quality improvement, understanding service usage, and evaluating feature flows. Available functions may vary depending on your plan, device settings, sign-in state, and the availability of third-party services.

2. Accounts

• App Store: Users may access the app via email address or Apple ID.
• Users of email accounts are responsible for managing their passwords and other credentials.
• Impersonation and unauthorized credential use are prohibited.

3. Plans and Limits

• The free plan includes limits such as the latest 30 workout days of workout history, the latest 30 days of body-composition charts, up to 3 active goals, up to 10 custom exercises, and up to 10 exercise sessions per day.
• Trero Pro unlocks additional features such as CSV export, the plate calculator, and estimated 1RM rank display.
• Billing terms, pricing, and the availability of free trials or introductory offers may vary depending on App Store product settings and your region.

• Trero Pro is an auto-renewable subscription. Unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period, it renews automatically.
• App Store: Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• To stop auto-renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period in iPhone Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions.
• App Store: Subscription management and cancellation are handled through Apple's subscription management interface. Deleting the app or deleting your Trero account does not automatically cancel the subscription.
• If a free trial or introductory offer is available, the subscription renews at the standard price after the offer period unless canceled beforehand.
• App Store: Refunds are handled under Apple's billing policies. The developer cannot issue refunds for App Store charges beyond the scope permitted by Apple.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Conduct that violates law or public order
• Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, interference, or security circumvention
• Harassment, abusive social behavior, false friend requests, or misuse of reporting features
• Infringing third-party rights or obtaining data improperly

5. User Data

Except where otherwise required by law or separately provided in these Terms, rights in data entered by users belong in principle to the user. The developer may handle that data only to the extent necessary for providing the app, maintenance, incident response, and legal compliance. Separately from stored workout and body composition data, event measurement data may also be handled for understanding usage and improving the service. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Disclaimer

• The app is provided on an “as is” basis and is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
• The app does not provide medical treatment, diagnosis, or professional health advice.
• Final decisions about training and health should be made with medical or other qualified professionals when appropriate.

7. Deletion and Suspension

Users may request account deletion from the in-app Settings screen. If there is a violation of these Terms or a safety-related reason, the developer may impose reasonable restrictions on use.

8. Relationship with Apple

App Store: This app is distributed through Apple's App Store, but the parties to these Terms are the user and the developer. Apple is not a direct party to these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Contact
