These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Calmgraph ("the app"). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Purchases (one-time)
App Store: The app is free to download, and some features are available for free. "Calmgraph Pro" is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase (US$9.99); once purchased, it is available with no further charges. The app is not a subscription and there is no auto-renewal. Purchases can be restored on the same Apple ID via "Restore purchase." Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.
2. Health notice & disclaimer
The app is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Scores and information are for reference only, reflecting relative trends against your personal baseline rather than an absolute state of health. If you have any health concern, always consult a healthcare professional. The developer is not liable for any outcome arising from use of the app.
3. Prohibited conduct
You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the app, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
4. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be revised as needed. Material changes will be announced on this page.
5. Contact
Android purchases, and use by minors
In-app purchases in the Android version are processed through Google Play. Payment and refund procedures follow Google Play's terms and processes. Google Play handles refunds immediately after purchase; after that window, please contact us through the support page.
Minors may use this app, but should obtain a parent or guardian's consent before making an in-app purchase. Guardians can control purchases with Family Sharing / Ask to Buy on the App Store, or Parental Controls on Google Play.
Limitation of liability (overriding)
Notwithstanding any other provision of these terms, Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability for any damages arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid us for the app. Where such a limitation is not permitted by mandatory law, we are liable to the extent that law provides.
