Article 1 — Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Genbalog iOS application. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Article 2 — Service Description
The App is an iOS application for managing field photos and generating PDF reports. It is offered in a free tier (Free) and a subscription tier (Pro).
Article 3 — Account Registration
No account registration is required to use the App. All data is stored exclusively on your device.
Article 4 — Subscriptions
The Pro plan is available as: monthly at ¥480/month (auto-renewing); or annual at ¥3,800/year (auto-renewing).
A free trial may be offered (see App Store listing).
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Cancel via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Article 5 — Prohibited Actions
The following are prohibited: reverse engineering, modifying, or copying the App; using the App for any illegal purpose; creating or sharing content that infringes others' rights; interfering with or disrupting the App's services.
Article 6 — Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App and its content belong to the developer. Content you create using the App (such as PDF reports) remains your property.
Article 7 — Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided as-is. The developer makes no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or continued availability of the App. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the App.
Article 8 — Changes and Termination
The developer may add, modify, or discontinue features without prior notice. Significant changes will be communicated through app update notes or this website.
Article 9 — Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the developer's place of business.
