These Terms of Use ("these Terms") set out the conditions of use for the mobile application "Hanro" ("this app") provided by freetokyo ("we"). By using this app, the user ("User") is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. Conditions of Use

App Store: Users shall use this app in compliance with these Terms and Apple Inc.'s "Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions" (including the standard App Store EULA).

2. Subscriptions

• This app offers monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions.

• App Store: Pricing, and confirmation/cancellation of auto-renewal, are managed through the App Store and can be cancelled at any time from Apple ID settings.

• No charge occurs if you cancel during the free trial period.

• App Store: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account and renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• As a rule, no refunds are given for active subscription periods.

App Store: follow Apple's policies.

Google Play: Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel in Google Play.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users shall not engage in the following when using this app: • Decompiling, reverse engineering, or extracting source code • Reproducing, redistributing, or repurposing this app for commercial use (excluding use in one's own sole-proprietor business) • Fraudulent use of subscriptions or acts intended to evade billing • Acts that violate laws or public order and morals • Acts that infringe the rights of others

4. Intellectual Property

Rights to this app and all related works, trademarks, and designs belong to us or their rightful owners.

5. User Data

Ownership of data the user creates or records within this app (delivery records, expenses, tax information, etc.) belongs to the user. We do not access this data and do not provide it to third parties. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Disclaimer for Tax Filing and Tax-Related Matters

This app provides data-creation features intended to assist with tax filing, but does not perform tax accountant services.

We assume no responsibility for the accuracy of output data, its validity for tax purposes, or the outcome of any tax filing.

Final tax handling is the user's own responsibility; please consult a tax professional.

7. Disclaimer for Automatic Driving Detection and Location Data

This app uses Core Motion / Core Location to automatically detect driving, but does not guarantee the accuracy of detection. We are not liable for damages arising from missed or false detections.

We exercise reasonable care in providing this app but do not guarantee its completeness, accuracy, or usefulness. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this app.

9. Changes to or Discontinuation of the Service

We may change or discontinue this app's content without prior notice to users.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms as needed. Material changes will be announced within the app or on the support page.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
