Privacy Policy
HazeLog (the "app") is designed with privacy first. The app collects no personal information and no usage data whatsoever.
Information we collect
None. The app does not collect or transmit any personal information, including your name, email address, contacts, location or device identifiers. No account is required.
Your roast records
Everything you enter — green beans, roast batches, temperatures, events and tasting notes — is stored only on your device. Neither the developer nor any third party can access it. The app makes no network requests and works fully in airplane mode.
Analytics and advertising
No analytics SDK, no advertising SDK and no crash-reporting SDK are used. There is no tracking.
Sharing with third parties
Since no data is collected, nothing is shared or sold.
Exporting and deleting data
You can export your records as CSV or PDF yourself; the destination is chosen by you in the system share sheet, and the app never uploads anything. Deleting the app deletes the records stored on your device.
Purchases
The HazeLog Pro purchase is handled entirely by Apple's App Store. The app never receives your payment details. See Apple's privacy policy for how purchases are handled.
Children's privacy
The app is suitable for all ages and collects no personal information from anyone.

Controller, contact and your rights
This app is provided by freetokyo, an independent developer, who acts as the data controller. For any question about this policy or about personal data, contact freetokyo2020@yahoo.co.jp. We normally reply within five business days.
If you are in the EU, the EEA or the UK, the GDPR gives you the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, to withdraw consent and to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know, delete and correct the personal information collected about you, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information.
Where this app stores data only on your device, we have no access to it, so most of these rights are exercised directly on the device: delete or export inside the app, or delete the app. We will still answer any request you send us.
Retention: on-device data is kept until you delete it or remove the app. Support emails are deleted 24 months after the request is closed.
