Jamalog (the “App”) is designed to be private by default. Your privacy is the point of the product.
Data we collect
None. The App does not collect, transmit or share any personal data. There is no account and no sign-in. Everything you enter — camel profiles, health records, pedigree, race records, documents, photos and reminders — is stored only on your device.
Photos
If you add a photo, it is read from your photo library only with your permission and stored locally in the App. Photos are never uploaded or shared by the App.
Analytics & tracking
The App contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs and no third-party trackers. We do not build a profile of you and we do not track you across apps or websites.
Notifications
Reminders are delivered as local notifications scheduled on your device. No reminder content leaves your device.
Subscriptions
Jamalog Pro is an auto-renewable subscription sold through Apple. Payment and billing are handled entirely by Apple under Apple’s terms; the App does not receive your payment details. See Apple’s Privacy Policy for how Apple processes purchases.
Children
The App is a general-purpose record-keeping tool and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Not an official registry
Jamalog is a private, personal logbook. It is not an official or government registry and does not replace one.

Controller, contact and your rights
This app is provided by freetokyo, an independent developer, who acts as the data controller. For any question about this policy or about personal data, contact freetokyo2020@yahoo.co.jp. We normally reply within five business days.
If you are in the EU, the EEA or the UK, the GDPR gives you the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, to withdraw consent and to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know, delete and correct the personal information collected about you, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information.
Where this app stores data only on your device, we have no access to it, so most of these rights are exercised directly on the device: delete or export inside the app, or delete the app. We will still answer any request you send us.
Retention: on-device data is kept until you delete it or remove the app. Support emails are deleted 24 months after the request is closed.
