Basic Policy

iOS: Miawell respects user privacy to the maximum. Your cat's records and photos are stored only on your device or your own iCloud account. The developer cannot access your data.

Information We Collect

Cat records entered by you (weight, food intake, litter box use, water intake, memos, etc.

); app settings (cat profile, weight reference values, etc.

); purchase information (whether Premium has been purchased).

iOS: All of this is stored on your device or in iCloud and is not sent to the developer's servers.

Information NOT Collected

The app does not collect: personal identifying information (name, email address, phone number, etc.); location or GPS data; access to contacts or calendar; behavioral logs or access analytics; advertising identifier (IDFA).

iCloud Sync

iOS: Records sync through Apple iCloud inside your own Apple Account, for every user — free or Premium. Data is stored on Apple's servers (iCloud), and iCloud privacy protection follows Apple's Privacy Policy. The developer has no means to access your iCloud data. You can turn iCloud sync off at any time in your Apple Account settings.

Purchase and Payment Information

iOS: Premium is a one-time purchase made via Apple's App Store. Payment information such as credit card details is managed by Apple and is not provided to the developer. StoreKit 2 is used on your device to check whether Premium has been purchased.

Third-Party Information Sharing

The app does not sell, provide, or share user information with third parties, except: with the user's consent; or when disclosure is required by law.

Children's Privacy

This app is not intended for children under 13. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy is revised, notification will be provided via app update or this page. Important changes will also be announced within the app.

Android

Deze gegevens worden op je apparaat opgeslagen in een lokale database. Cloudback-up en apparaatoverdracht zijn uitgeschakeld, dus ze verlaten je apparaat nooit.

De enige externe dienst die wordt gebruikt is Google Play Billing (aankoop). Alle betalingen worden door Google afgehandeld, en we verkrijgen nooit betalingsinformatie zoals creditcardgegevens.

Het verwijderen van de app wist alle gegevens op het apparaat. Omdat cloudback-up en apparaatoverdracht zijn uitgeschakeld, blijft er geen kopie buiten het apparaat achter.
