Appointments

One calendar for everything, with reminders and optional export to your device Calendar (initials only by default for privacy).

Session history

Body part, price, machine/needle, inks used (brand/color/lot) and photos (design, stencil, immediately after, healed, other).

Consent & signature

Check items from a standard or custom template, then capture a handwritten signature on screen and save as PDF. The signing screen is a guest mode only the artist can exit.

Ink lot search

Find every client a specific lot was used on — useful for follow-up.

Aftercare reminders

Follow-up notifications a chosen number of days after a session. General care reminders, not medical advice.

Statistics

Monthly revenue, session count and style breakdown, computed on device.

Bulk export & backup

Export all data as CSV or combine consent PDFs, plus an encrypted archive you can restore with your passphrase.

Pricing

The free tier supports up to 10 clients and 3 signed consent forms per calendar month, with unlimited sessions, appointments and backup/restore. A one-time Full Access purchase makes clients and consent forms unlimited and unlocks statistics, custom templates, portfolio and bulk export. There is no subscription.

Data is stored on your device and the developer collects nothing. Only if you turn on optional iCloud sync on iPhone or iPad (Full Access, off by default) is it synced to your own private iCloud database, which the developer cannot see. You, the artist, are the data controller for your clients' information.

About the Android version

The Android version of Inkarte is available on Google Play. It supports Android 8.0 and later.

Both implementations are checked against the same verification data so that the Android build calculates and judges exactly as the iOS one does. Storage and backup behaviour is described in the privacy policy.
