Terms of Use
2026年7月 / July 2026
Scope
These terms govern your use of Inkarte (the "App").
One-time purchase
The App is free to use and unlocks additional features through a one-time (non-consumable) in-app purchase. It is not a subscription. Purchases can be restored via "Restore purchase." Billing and refunds follow the App Store terms.
Disclaimer
The consent templates are general samples; they do not guarantee any specific legal effect and are not legal advice. Aftercare information is general reference only and is not a medical act or medical advice. You are responsible for your use of the App and for managing your records.
Limitation of liability
Except in cases of the developer's intent or gross negligence, the developer is not liable for damages arising from use of the App to the extent permitted by law. Where liable, damages are capped at the amount you paid for the App. This limitation does not apply where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

Android purchases, and use by minors
In-app purchases in the Android version are processed through Google Play. Payment and refund procedures follow Google Play's terms and processes. Google Play handles refunds immediately after purchase; after that window, please contact us through the support page.
Minors may use this app, but should obtain a parent or guardian's consent before making an in-app purchase. Guardians can control purchases with Family Sharing / Ask to Buy on the App Store, or Parental Controls on Google Play.
Limitation of liability (overriding)
Notwithstanding any other provision of these terms, Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability for any damages arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid us for the app. Where such a limitation is not permitted by mandatory law, we are liable to the extent that law provides.
