Bring together the records for your horses that tend to scatter across paper diaries and spreadsheets — all in one app. Khaylog reminds you of farrier and vaccination due dates, and groups costs by currency (no exchange conversion is applied). You can record everything from an Arabian horse's 5-generation pedigree to show results and breeding. All data is stored on your device, and no account is required.

Horse profiles
Breed, sex, date of birth, colour, microchip/passport number and photo, with a photo gallery per horse. 2 horses free, unlimited with Pro.
Farrier & health reminders
Local reminders ahead of the farrier cycle (4–8 weeks) and vaccination, deworming and insurance-renewal due dates. Notification time and lead days are configurable in Settings. Health records also have a Medication type.
Due-dates tab
See every horse's due dates in a list and a calendar, and mark them as done. When you record the next visit of the same type, the old due date clears automatically.
Cost ledger (by currency)
Category roll-ups by month and year for livery, feed, vet, insurance, shows and more. JPY/USD/GBP/EUR/SAR/AED.

Stable-wide totals with a per-horse breakdown.
5-generation pedigree chart
Manual-entry pedigree tree with PDF export. The chart fits the screen with connecting lines between generations, you can open any ancestor's line, and link the sire and dam to registered horses. In Arabic the lineage mirrors right-to-left.
Show & breeding records
Event, class, placing and judge. Covering, conception and expected foaling date (about 340 days as a guide).
Export & migration
Health-record PDF (to share with your vet), cost CSV, and JSON export/import of your data.

Even beyond the free limit, viewing and editing existing data is always available. There is no subscription.
Privacy
Khaylog is fully offline. All records are stored solely on your device — there is no transmission to external servers and no data collection whatsoever.

This app is a record-keeping tool. Vaccination and deworming cycles, expected foaling dates and the like are general guides only; please consult a veterinarian for decisions about diagnosis, medication and breeding. Cost summaries are general information, not tax advice.
About the Android version
An Android version of Khaylog is in preparation. It supports Android 9.0 and later and will be published on Google Play.
Both implementations are checked against the same verification data so that the Android build calculates and judges exactly as the iOS one does. Storage and backup behaviour is described in the privacy policy.
