1. Purpose
Yuralog is a personal record-keeping tool for logging and visualizing menopause symptoms. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent illness, or assess symptom severity. The self-check score is a reference value for comparing your own records over time. Please consult a doctor about your health.
2. Purchases
Some features are offered as a one-time, non-consumable purchase (not a subscription). Buy once, use forever. You can restore purchases from Settings via "Restore Purchases". There is no auto-renewal.
3. No warranty
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from defects.
4. Your data
Records are stored on your device. Please back up (via the encrypted export feature) at your own responsibility against data loss due to device failure, loss, replacement, or app deletion. If you lose a backup's passphrase, that file cannot be recovered.
5. Limitation of liability
Except in cases of the developer's willful misconduct or gross negligence, the developer's liability for damages arising to the user from use or inability to use the app is limited to the total amount the user paid in respect of the app. To the extent such limitation is not permitted by the Consumer Contract Act or other mandatory law, liability applies to the extent required by that law.
6. Changes
These terms may change as needed. Material changes will be announced on this page.
