These Terms of Use govern your use of RecoverySync (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
1. License
App Store: Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Purchase and Payment
- App Store: RecoverySync is available as a one-time purchase ($4.99 / ¥780) through Apple's App Store.
- App Store: All purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are subject to Apple's standard refund policy.
- Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.
3. Health Disclaimer
RecoverySync is designed to provide general wellness information based on data from Apple Watch. It is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Recovery scores are informational estimates only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health, training, or exercise program.
4. HealthKit Data
The App reads health data from Apple HealthKit solely to calculate your recovery score. You can revoke Health access at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Health.
5. Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for commercial purposes without written permission
- Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls
6. No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The accuracy of recovery scores depends on the quality of data provided by your Apple Watch hardware and HealthKit. We make no guarantee that scores accurately reflect your physiological state.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users in Japan, applicable Japanese consumer protection laws apply in addition to these terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Android purchases, and use by minors
In-app purchases in the Android version are processed through Google Play. Payment and refund procedures follow Google Play's terms and processes. Google Play handles refunds immediately after purchase; after that window, please contact us through the support page.
Minors may use this app, but should obtain a parent or guardian's consent before making an in-app purchase. Guardians can control purchases with Family Sharing / Ask to Buy on the App Store, or Parental Controls on Google Play.
Limitation of liability (overriding)
Notwithstanding any other provision of these terms, Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability for any damages arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid us for the app. Where such a limitation is not permitted by mandatory law, we are liable to the extent that law provides.
