Apple Watch Sauna Timer
SaunaFlow is an Apple Watch sauna timer for sauna, cold plunge, and rest. Build presets on iPhone, run sessions on Watch, review Session Score, history, and notes after each session.
The clearest share hooks are: Apple Watch-first sauna timing, session logging, and privacy-first offline storage. The page copy now keeps those claims consistent across landing and support content.
Why SaunaFlow
The messaging now aligns product discovery keywords with features that actually exist in the app: presets, Session Score, history, notes, offline storage, and one-time premium.
Use the Digital Crown to skip or add 30 seconds to the current phase; pause has its own on-screen button.
Create reusable flows with sauna, cold plunge, rest, and move phases. Set duration and number of sets on iPhone.
Completion, phase balance, and duration are combined with how far your heart rate recovers, measured on Apple Watch. See the rise in the sauna and the drop in the cold plunge and rest, scored 0-100. The deeper the recovery, the higher the score.
Review sessions later and add notes to remember what worked best at each facility or routine.
Resume your familiar routine quickly without rebuilding the same setup each time.
Your presets, history, and notes stay on-device. No external analytics SDKs or ad SDKs are described on this site.
Log facility name, sauna/cold-plunge/outside temperatures, and löyly with one tap right after your session. Filter history by facility. (v1.2)
Weekly streaks, 10/50/100-visit milestone badges, and a monthly summary keep your routine visible. (v1.2)
"Hey Siri, start a sauna with SaunaFlow" sends your preset to the Watch. Double tap to pause/resume (Series 9+), or log a visit manually without your Watch. (v1.2)
Apple Watch records your heart rate for the whole session and plots the rise in the sauna against the drop in the cold plunge and rest, coloured by phase. A marker lands on the lowest point. Every session is also saved to Health as a workout. (v1.3)
Fix a start time or set count after the fact, or delete a mistaken entry so one bad record does not skew your stats forever. Export every preset and session to a single file and restore it on a new phone. (v1.3)
See your recent sessions on a fixed 0-100 scale to tell at a glance whether you are improving, and start your next sauna straight from the watch face. (v1.3)
How It Works
Clear onboarding copy improves both conversion and search snippet relevance.
Pick the phase order, duration, and number of sets for your preferred sauna routine.
Follow haptic cues as SaunaFlow moves through sauna, cold plunge, and rest.
Check Session Score and save notes so your best sessions are easier to repeat.
Use Cases
The copy avoids unsupported claims and stays close to what the app demonstrably offers.
Save your preferred sequence once and use it again.
Apple Watch-driven control reduces the need to check your iPhone mid-session.
Use score and notes together to compare routines over time.
Premium is positioned as a one-time purchase instead of a recurring plan.
Pricing
The page now states the monetization model clearly for both ASO clarity and landing page conversion.

An Android version of SaunaFlow is in preparation. It supports Android 9.0 and later and will be published on Google Play. It also supports Wear OS watches, not just phones.
Both implementations are checked against the same verification data so that the Android build calculates and judges exactly as the iOS one does. Storage and backup behaviour is described in the privacy policy.
We are not linking to a store page until it is live. We will announce it here and on the support page.
